Exchange & Return Policy

At Bazzary Jewellery, we are committed to delivering premium-quality silver jewellery along with a refined shopping experience. Due to the nature of jewellery products that being personal-use items, We kindly ask you to review our policy before placing your order.

1- Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery and Items must be:

-Unused and unworn
-In their original condition
-Returned with original packaging and invoice
-Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).
-Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

2- Return Policy

-Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
-Items must be unused and in their original condition.
-Shipping fees are non-refundable.
-Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
-Product Nature Disclaimer
-Jewellery is considered a personal-use product and may be affected by wear and environmental factors:
-Items that show signs of use, scratches, or damage cannot be returned or exchanged.
Silver may naturally oxidize or tarnish over time due to exposure to air, moisture, or skin contact. This is a normal characteristic and not considered a manufacturing defect.
-Proper care is recommended to maintain the product’s appearance and longevity.

3- Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

-Customised or made-to-order items.
-Engraved or altered products.
-Used or damaged items after delivery.
-Items purchased during sales or promotions.

4-Manufacturing Defects

In case of a manufacturing defect:
-The item is eligible for free exchange or repair.
-All shipping costs will be covered by Bazzary Jewelry.

5-General Terms

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to this policy.
This policy is applied in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

في بازاري نلتزم بتقديم منتجات عالية الجودة مع تجربة تسوق مميزة. ونظرًا لطبيعة منتجاتنا المصنوعة من الفضة، والتي تُعد من المنتجات ذات الاستخدام الشخصي، نرجو الاطلاع على السياسة التالية قبل إتمام عملية الشراء 

 :أولاً- الاستبدال

: يحق للعميل طلب استبدال المنتج خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام و يشترط أن يكون المنتج-

  غير مستخدم-
   في حالته الأصلية تمامًا-
 مرفقًا بالعبوة الأصلية والفاتورة-
يتم الاستبدال بمنتج بنفس القيمة أو أعلى (مع سداد فرق السعر إن وجد)-
 يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن، ما لم يكن هناك عيب صناعة-

 :ثانياً- الاسترجاع

 يحق للعميل طلب استرجاع المنتج خلال 14 أيام فقط من تاريخ الاستلام-
 يشترط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية بالكامل-
 يتم خصم مصاريف الشحن من قيمة الطلب-
 يتم رد المبلغ خلال 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل بعد فحص المنتج-

:ثالثا -طبيعة المنتج

نظرًا لأن منتجات الاكسسوارات المصنوعة من الفضة تُعد من المنتجات الشخصية التي قد تتأثر بالاستخدام أو العوامل البيئية

 لا يُقبل استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو تعرضت لخدوش او التلف-

تتعرض الفضة للتأكسد أو تغير اللون بمرور الوقت نتيجة التفاعل مع الهواء أو العرق، وهذا أمر طبيعي ولا-
 يُعد عيبًا في التصنيع
ننصح باتباع إرشادات العناية للحفاظ على جودة ولمعان المنتج-

المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال

المنتجات المصممة أو المُنفذة خصيصًا (Custom Made)-
 المنتجات التي تم الحفر أو التعديل عليها-
 المنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو تلفها بعد الاستلام-
 المنتجات المشتراة خلال العروض أو الخصومات-

:عيوب الصناعة

:في حال وجود عيب صناعة

يحق للعميل استبدال المنتج أو إصلاحه دون أي تكلفة إضافية-
 تتحمل الشركة كافة مصاريف الشحن في هذه الحالة-

أحكام عامة

إتمام عملية الشراء يعني الإقرار والقبول بهذه السياسة-
 يتم تطبيق هذه السياسة وفقًا لأحكام قانون حماية المستهلك المصري رقم 181 لسنة 2018-
